Terms of Sale and Use
Version in force from 11 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms of sale and use (the “Terms”) govern access to the website myhomeprice.co.uk (the “Site”) and the purchase of the services offered on it, between any individual aged 18 or over acting as a consumer (the “Customer”) and the company identified in section 2 (the “Seller”).
Every order requires prior, express acceptance of these Terms, confirmed by a checkbox during the order process. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force on the day of the order. The Seller may amend the Terms at any time for the future; ongoing subscriptions remain governed by the version accepted, unless the Customer is notified at least 30 days before a new version takes effect.

3. Description of the service
The Site provides, as digital content delivered immediately online, indicative projections of how a property’s value may change over 5, 10 and 15 years. These projections are calculated by statistically extrapolating the average annual growth rate observed in the relevant area, using HM Land Registry Price Paid Data (England & Wales, since 1995), published under the Open Government Licence. Each valuation is presented as three scenarios (pessimistic, neutral, optimistic), viewable online and downloadable as a PDF.
All calculation tools (valuation, prediction, negotiation simulator, rental yield, comparisons, rankings, price map and price pages) are provided free of charge and without any credit system. Paid services are limited to AI reports: one (1) AI report unlocks one (1) AI buying-advisor opinion on a property of the Customer’s choice, including its PDF. AI reports obtained by one-off purchase have no expiry date; reports included in the monthly subscription are valid for the subscription period in which they are issued (see section 7). Reports are non-refundable (subject to section 8) and cannot be transferred or converted into money.
The Seller also offers a separate “Survey analysis” service: the Customer uploads a building survey, home report or equivalent property document as a PDF (30 MB and 150 pages maximum), which is analysed automatically by an artificial-intelligence system. The analysis returns, in particular, prioritised points of attention, indicative cost ranges and references to the pages of the document. This service is charged per analysis, outside the report packs. The uploaded file is deleted from the Seller’s servers once processing is complete; only the result of the analysis remains accessible from the Customer’s account. The analysis is generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions; it has no contractual value — only the original documents are authoritative — and it is provided for information only. It is not a survey, nor a technical, legal or professional inspection or opinion of any kind.
Important notice: valuations are provided for information only. They are not a surveyor’s valuation, a formal opinion of value, or investment, financial or legal advice, and they do not guarantee the actual future value of any property. Past trends are no guarantee of future market movements.
4. Customer account
Buying AI reports requires creating an account first. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Login credentials are strictly personal; the Customer is responsible for keeping them confidential and for any use made of the account. Creating an account is free and does not require a payment card; the free calculation tools can be used without any purchase. The Seller reserves the right to suspend accounts used abusively or created in bulk.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of any applicable VAT. As at the date of this version, the offers are:
- All calculation tools (valuation, prediction, negotiation simulator, rental yield, area comparison, yield rankings, price map, price pages): free of charge;
- Pack of 3 AI buying-advisor reports: £8.99 (one-off payment, no expiry);
- Monthly subscription: £19.99 per month, providing 10 AI reports per monthly period (unused reports do not roll over), renewing automatically (see section 7);
- Survey analysis: £8.99 per analysis (one-off payment, outside the report packs).
The Seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown on the day of the order. For the subscription, any price change will be notified to the Customer at least 30 days before it applies, and the Customer may cancel before that date.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by card via the payment service provider Stripe. Card details are collected and processed exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified; the Seller never has access to them and does not store them. An order is confirmed once payment has been confirmed. If a subscription payment fails, access to the AI reports for the affected period is suspended until payment is made; failing that, the subscription is terminated.
An invoice is issued for every payment and remains available for download at any time from the “My account” page.
7. Subscription: term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for one (1) month and renews automatically for successive one-month periods. The Customer may stop the renewal at any time.
Cancellation is done online, free of charge and without giving a reason, from the self-service billing portal available on the “My account” page (secure Stripe portal). It takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No pro-rata refund is made for a period already started. AI reports already added to the account balance for the final period remain usable until the end of that period, under the conditions of section 3.
8. Cancellation rights (cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the cancellation right is thereby lost.
At each order, the Customer expressly consents, via a checkbox, to immediate delivery of the service and acknowledges losing the 14-day cancellation right. Confirmation of this consent is provided on a durable medium (order receipt).
9. Statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If the service does not conform (for example, a paid valuation cannot be accessed), the Customer is entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge and, failing that, a price reduction or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects the Customer’s statutory rights. Complaints should be sent to contact@myhomeprice.fr.
10. Liability
The Seller will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. The Seller is not liable for: (i) decisions of any kind (purchase, sale, investment, financing, works) made by the Customer on the basis of the valuations; (ii) differences between a valuation and the actual present or future value of a property; (iii) inaccuracies, gaps or delayed updates affecting the underlying public data; (iv) temporary unavailability of the Site for maintenance, updates or events outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
Except in cases of deliberate wrongdoing or gross negligence, the Seller’s total liability is capped at the total amount actually paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Seller’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Intellectual property and use of reports
Valuations and generated PDF reports are for the Customer’s strictly personal, private use. Any resale, public redistribution or commercial exploitation, direct or indirect, is prohibited without the Seller’s written consent. The elements of the Site remain protected as set out in the legal notice.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data in connection with these Terms is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
In the event of a complaint, the Customer should first contact customer service at contact@myhomeprice.fr. The Seller will endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably. If no amicable resolution is reached, the Customer may also seek guidance from Citizens Advice or use any applicable alternative dispute resolution scheme.
14. Governing law and miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the Customer’s country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. A failure by the Seller to enforce a breach does not waive its right to do so later. Subject to any mandatory rules to the contrary, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.
